Dr. Bjarke Rose is TRIPOD advisor at Ibsen, and he further serves as industrial advisor for the project. He received his PhD in the field of optical sensing at The Technical University of Denmark (DTU) in 1998. The PhD was carried out also at Ibsen Photonics where he has been working since 1995. Throughout the years he has worked with photonics and optical sensing - primarily in the field of spectroscopy. He is currently VP of Spectroscopy at Ibsen, and he is responsible for all Ibsen's activities within FBG sensing. He has published about 10 journal papers and holds about 10 patents.
